Experience required
- Solid experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar financial planning role.
- A good understanding of the financial planning and advice process.
- Working towards, or ideally holding, the Level 4 Diploma (CII or CISI).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- A proactive, client-focused approach.
- Most importantly, genuine ambition to progress into a Financial Adviser role.
