We are delighted to be partnering with a high profile, boutique financial planning firm in Cheltenham to recruit a Financial Planning Associate.

The firm has built a strong reputation over many years through providing thoughtful, personalised financial planning developing trusted, lasting client relationships.

The role offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced and supportive team, gaining valuable exposure to the wider financial planning and advice process.

It provides a clear pathway towards becoming a Financial Adviser, while offering the opportunity to build a long term career within an established and respected practice.

Experience required: Solid experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar financial planning role.

A good understanding of the financial planning and advice process.

Working towards, or ideally holding, the Level 4 Diploma (CII or CISI).

Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

A proactive, client-focused approach.

Most importantly, genuine ambition to progress into a Financial Adviser role.
