A multi branch Estate Agent who have been established across the Midlands area for many years and deal with sales, lettings, auctions and land and new homes.
Due to internal promotion, they are now looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join this busy and successful office where there are great opportunities to earn on sales, mortgage leads, conveyancing and auction referrals. They provide a modern and pleasant working environment and a great salary package together with progression into a Valuer position.
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator Role: You will be working with a successful market leading Estate Agency as an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator. You will be responsible for registering applicants, managing the database, booking and carrying viewings, negotiating offers and selling other services including solicitors and financial services.
