Estate Agent Sales Valuer – Northfield – £35k package
Estate Agent Valuer you will be responsible for:
- Generating new business leads
- Carrying out valuations
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients
- Presenting sales pitches to prospective clients
- Selling referrals for Financial Services and Conveyancing
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
The successful Estate Agent Valuer will have the following skill set:
- Experience working as an Estate Agent Valuer
- Proven track record in winning new business
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and car
- Knowledge of the local area
Hours – Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays with day off in lieu
