Estate Agent Sales Negotiator β Bournville β up to Β£25k basic plus commission
My client is a leading, independent multi-branch Lettings and Estate Agency brand that has built an impressive and successful business over many years. Due to continued success, they are looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their team in Bournville, Birmingham.
As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Arranging market appraisals
- Providing feedback to vendors
- Negotiating offers between vendors and purchasers
- Selling additional services, including financial services and conveyancing
- Maintaining a well-presented professional appearance
- Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possessing a full driving licence and having access to a car (business mileage paid)
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am β 5.30pm, with alternate Saturdays and a day off in lieu.
