They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team in Witney. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 Year of estate agency or lettings experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting and generating property viewings and delivering a high standard of customer service
- Booking viewings and market appraisals
- Maintaining and managing a database of applicants and matching them with suitable properties
- Generating Referrals
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcomes
- Sales Progression
- Generating valuation opportunities and supporting the instruction process
- Supporting the wider team and contributing to overall business objectives
Requirements:
- 1 Year Experience in Estate Agency
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, target-driven, and highly organised
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
