My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand established in the area for many years. A modern and proactive brand that believes in providing their staff with a great work environment and ongoing career progression. Due to increased business within their Lettings department, they are now looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator with local area knowledge.
Main Duties:
- Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
- Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
- Booking and attending viewings
- Carrying out regular Landlord updates
- Negotiating offers
- Processing applications
- Dealing with customer enquiries
Key Skills required:
- Lettings experience required
