My client is one of the leading Lettings and Estate Agency brands in the area with a solid reputation built up over many years. Due to an uplift in their Lettings department, they are looking for a Lettings Negotiator who will be dealing with front end duties including enquiries from landlords and tenants, booking and carrying out viewings, tying up offers, dealing with applications, preparing move in files and all associated administration.

Lettings Negotiator Main Duties:- Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
- Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
- Booking and attending viewings
- Carrying out regular Landlord updates
- Negotiating offers
- Processing applications
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Business Generation
- Lettings experience is ESSENTIAL
