My client is a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built up an impressive business in the Gloucester area.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Property Manager to join this busy office. They are looking for someone with Property Management experience or Lettings experience looking to train into a property manager role.
Main Duties to include:
- Managing a portfolio of properties
- Communicate with Landlords / Tenants / Contractors regarding property maintenance works, required actions to be undertaken resolving accordingly
- Arranging and carrying out property inspections and reporting back to Landlords with feedback
- Ensure all legal compliances are up to date
- Liaise with tenant and landlord following the end of tenancy
- Communicating with utility companies and council at start and end of tenancy
- Resolving Landlord and Tenant enquiries
Essential Skills Required:
- Lettings experience
- Great Customer Service skills
- Organisation skills
- Problem Solving skills
- Articulate
- IT literate
- Full licence and car for which mileage will be paid
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and if a Saturday is worked there is time off in lieu.
