They strive to provide an exceptional service to all their clients and due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in Derby where you will be registering applicants, booking viewings and valuations, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion. They are offering a very competitive salary package with generous commission.
As an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:
- Arranging property viewings and valuations
- Negotiating sales
- Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
- Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
- Cross selling mortgage advice referrals
- Registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained
- Progressing sales to completion
Skills required:
- Experience in Estate Agency is Essential
- Experience in Sales Progression
- Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving license and car
