Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator - Chipping Norton - up to £30k basic plus commission
My client is a leading independent Estate Agent who have been established for many years in the area. They pride themselves on building strong relationships with their clients and providing a professional, personable experience at every stage of the property journey. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team.
Main Duties for the Senior Sales Negotiator Role:
- Dealing with enquiries, registering applicants
- Arranging and carrying out viewings
- Negotiating offers between vendors and purchasers
- Progressing sales to completion
Required:
- Estate Agency experience
- Professionally presented.
- Full UK driving license and car
- Enthusiastic team player.
