Senior Lettings Negotiator - Cardiff - up to £30k basic plus commission
My client is one of the leading Lettings and Estate Agency brands in the area with a solid reputation built up over the last 15 years. They are an independent business who strive to provide an exceptional service to all their clients. They are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator who is career driven and ambitious and who wants to progress within their company.
Senior Lettings Negotiator Main Duties:
- Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
- Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
- Booking and attending viewings
- Carry out valuations when required
- Carrying out regular Landlord updates
- Negotiating offers
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Administration
Senior Lettings Negotiator Key Skills Required:
- Lettings experience Essential
- Posses strong negotiation skills
- Posses excellent customer service skills and a good understanding of the industry
- Be motivated and hugely driven
- To have a good knowledge of the local area
- Full UK Licence and Car
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and the occasional viewing on a Saturday when required
