This is a very rare opportunity to join a well-established, independent Estate Agents who have been in the area for many years and provide a traditional customer-focused service. They pride themselves on their longstanding staff members who believe in offering a good quality service to their vendors and purchasers alike and understand their staff need a good work/life balance.

They are looking for an experienced Sales Valuer / Manager who will have experience in Estate Agency and be looking for a role where offering a first-class service is far more important than hitting targets. You will be managing the day-to-day running of the sales department, generating new business opportunities, carrying out valuations, measuring up properties, and also carrying out viewings and tying up offers.

Essential Skills Required:
  • Estate Agency experience is ESSENTIAL
  • Proven record in valuations and winning new business
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Full UK driving license and Car for which mileage and car allowance will be paid

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and if a Saturday is worked 9am - 1pm there is a half day off in lieu.
