My client is a leading, multi-branch Lettings and Estate Agent who have been established for many years in the area. Due to continued growth in their Lettings department, they are looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their team in Bedworth.

As a Property Manager, you will have responsibility for a portfolio of managed properties and your duties will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties
  • Dealing with applicants, referencing and preparing move-ins
  • Communicating with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors regarding property maintenance works
  • Arranging property inspections and reporting back to Landlords with feedback
  • Ensuring all legal compliances are up to date
  • Renewals and producing tenancy agreements
  • Liaising with tenant and landlord following the end of tenancy
  • Communicating with utility companies and council at start and end of tenancy
  • Resolving Landlord and Tenant enquiries

Essential Skills required for the Lettings Property Manager role:

  • Property management experience
  • An analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service
  • Strong Organisational Skills
  • Full UK driving licence and car

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am - 2pm with half day off in lieu.
