My client, a global leader in facilities management, offers tailored solutions to enhance business operations, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and sustainability standards. With decades of experience, they combine hard and soft facilities management services to provide businesses with seamless, cost-effective operations that create safe, functional, and sustainable environments.
Due to growth, my client is looking to appoint a fully remote TFM Bid Manager. The Bid Manager will be responsible for:
- Analysing the tender document to understand the needs of the client
- Planning bid preparation to ensure that deadlines are met
- Liaising with Bid Writers/ Bid Director to agree bid details
- Preparing case studies and other reference materials
- Editing or rewriting previous tenders to reuse relevant material
- Collating materials provided by various departments and ensuring a uniform tone across the overall document
- Ensuring that the bid is accurate and delivered on time
The TFM Bid Manager will own the bid process, including writing process and be responsible for the quality of the final copy, ensuring all internal and external deadlines are met. The position requires effectively networking with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the submissions are compelling, innovative, and best reflect the company’s capabilities.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience bidding in the FM, construction, M&E or property sector is essential - please note candidates without this experience will not be considered
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to understand and translate technical information into clear and persuasive content
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in bid writing or proposal development
- Understanding of bid strategies and pricing models
- Ability to work independently
