The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will take full responsibility for regional operational performance, ensuring exceptional service delivery, commercial success, and sustainable growth. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape strategy, optimise operational processes, and lead a talented management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all regional operational activities
- Deliver strategic objectives in partnership with senior leadership
- Drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and SLA performance
- Manage budgets, forecasts, profitability, and financial performance
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee supplier, contract, and procurement activities
- Analyse operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics to support decision‑making
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and company requirements
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high‑performing operational teams
About You
We are interested in speaking with individuals who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience as a Regional Director, Operations Director, or senior operational leader
- Must have experience in either Hard Facilities Management, M&E or Engineering
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability
- Exceptional leadership and people development skills
- A proven track record of delivering operational improvement and business growth
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs and performance data to drive results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/business management systems
