Are you an experienced Operations Manager ready to take ownership of a high-performing regional operation?
We are working exclusively with a major international organisation operating across 30 countries, with more than 12,500 employees worldwide, specialising in insurance restoration and reinstatement following property damage and major loss.
They are now looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead their South London operation.
The Opportunity
This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role where you will have responsibility for:
- Leading and developing operational and field-based teams
- Managing WIP, budgets, profitability and performance
- Delivering complex restoration and reinstatement projects on time and commercially
- Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Driving operational standards, compliance and customer satisfaction
- Identifying new business and supporting commercial growth
- Developing your teams and creating clear career progression
You’ll be joining a large, established international business where your leadership and commercial performance will have a direct impact on the success of the operation.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience as an operational leader
- epair, reinstatement, restoration, insurance or a related sector
- Experience in restoration, reinstatement, property damage, FM, engineering, trades or a related industry
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Experience managing multiple customers and projects
- Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
- Confidence in resolving perational challenges in a fast moving environment
