We are looking for a passionate Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. You will oversee the Club Room operations, ensuring that members enjoy quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a welcoming environment. Your role will also involve supervising events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other club activities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the Food & Beverage team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Oversee daily operations in the Club Room, ensuring quality service and member satisfaction.
- Manage events, promotions, and activities within the food and beverage area.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety, food hygiene, and operational regulations.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
- Contribute to menu development and provide feedback for improving offerings.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with members and colleagues.
- A self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
- Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
- Passionate about health, wellness, and customer service excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
