Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients seeking an enthusiastic Activities and Leisure Supervisor to join a dynamic leisure and entertainment team within a holiday park environment. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, positive energy, and a passion for creating engaging experiences for guests. As an Activities and Leisure Supervisor, you will oversee daily leisure and activities operations, support team members, and ensure guests enjoy safe, fun, and memorable experiences. You will help coordinate activities, guide staff during shifts, and maintain high service and safety standards across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of leisure and activities programs to ensure smooth and engaging guest experiences
- Supervise team members during shifts and ensure all activities run efficiently
- Support staff with onboarding, training, and ongoing development
- Ensure lifeguards and team members meet all required safety and legal standards
- Maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff across leisure facilities

Required Qualifications
- Current NPLQ Lifeguard qualification (required for pool team roles)

- Ability to motivate and support team members
