We are seeking an Owner and Guest Experience Advisor to join a dynamic receptionist team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of the organization, ensuring that guests and owners have an unforgettable experience every time. No previous experience is required. Candidates with a positive attitude, strong team spirit, and willingness to learn will receive full training to develop the skills needed for success in the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet owners and guests with a smile, ensuring a smooth and friendly check-in experience
  • Provide guests and owners with information about the park, entertainment, and local attractions, in person or over the phone
  • Support and assist with owner and guest requests and feedback, resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain administrative tasks including bookings, cash reconciliation, arrivals, and filing
  • Assist in delivering memorable events for both owners and guests

Required Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong team spirit
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Attention to detail when handling admin and guest interactions
