We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Administrator (Job Controller) to support daily maintenance operations within a busy holiday park environment. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator or coordinator who enjoys managing tasks, coordinating teams, and ensuring efficient service delivery. You will be responsible for managing maintenance and housekeeping jobs through a digital system, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and efficiently while helping deliver a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping tasks using a digital reporting system.
- Monitor incoming jobs and ensure they are assigned and completed efficiently.
- Support maintenance and accommodation teams in responding quickly to tasks.
- Assist in resolving guest queries related to maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure jobs are completed in compliance with procedures.
- Help minimize disruptions to guests by ensuring timely resolution of maintenance requests.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration, coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
