We are looking for a passionate Sales Consultant to join our team. This role combines outbound sales activity with member engagement to drive growth and ensure a premium experience for our members. 70% of your time will be spent on high-volume outbound calls, inspiring prospective members, and promoting our values. 30% of your time will focus on showcasing our clubs, achieving sales targets, and onboarding new members with exceptional service.

Please note: This role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional sales experience to prospective and existing members.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads.
  • Showcase our club facilities to potential members.
  • Onboard new members, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent after-care service.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Requirements / About You
  • Target-driven with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Passionate about health, fitness, and helping people achieve their goals.
  • A self-starter who takes pride in delivering a high-quality sales experience.
  • Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
