Our client is a globally recognised Facilities Management organisation, who have an exciting opening across one of their most Critical sites in the UK; based in Canary Wharfs main district. Due to growth across this highly critical & prestigious contract, our client is looking to procure the very best Shift Leaders to help support and develop their well-established team of Critical HV AP Shift Leaders on site, where training and development is offered in abundance.
Working as part of a Continental Shift pattern, your duties will be to ensure the smooth-running of the 24/7 Critical Facility, in line with compliance and H&S protocols.
As a HV AP Shift Leader your responsibilities will include the following:
To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive and breakdown works to all mechanical and electrical systems within the site. Experience of maintaining the following equipment is hugely desirable; CRAC units, LV / HV Switching, BMS Operation, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Down Flows, Server Room Maintenance, Emergency Lighting, Pumps, Motors, AHUs, FCUs, Generator Testing, UPS Maintenance etc.
We are looking for a HV AP Shift Leader who has the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum NVQ or C&G Level 3 in any Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC trade
- Experience of working within a Critical Environment
- High Voltage Switching Experience
