Engineering Shift Leader – Critical Environment | Hayes

We are recruiting an Engineering Shift Leader for a critical environment based in Slough.
The ideal candidate will have –
  • HV AP – experience with HV systems
  • The ability to supervise, coordinate, and support the site-based engineering team, including internal responsibilities
  • Extensive understanding of critical facilities/data centre infrastructure (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & associated assets)
  • Able to operate all systems within the facility in a competent, effective, and efficient manner (including MV switching operations)
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in critical environments such as a Banking HQ or Data Centre
This role is working on-site on a continental shift basis and provides parking as well as electrical charging ports – on offer, is a salary of £55.1k + Bonus + additional Benefits.
