We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a professional and friendly team covering sites across West London. This is a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity working within a mobile grounds maintenance team alongside an experienced Team Leader. The role involves maintaining a variety of high-end residential developments, office blocks, and court premises to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and pruning
- General grounds and landscape maintenance
- Leaf clearance and litter picking
- Maintaining communal outdoor areas
- Using grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively
- Travelling between multiple sites daily with the team
Requirements:
- Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence advantageous
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
