Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Landscaper/Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled landscaper with supervisory experience to lead high-quality hard and soft landscaping projects while developing their career within a professional and supportive environment.

The Role
You will lead a small on-site team, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Work will include a variety of hard and soft landscaping activities such as paving, decking, fencing, brickwork, resin driveways, turfing, planting, and groundworks.
Requirements:
- Proven landscaping experience
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience
- Strong knowledge of hard and soft landscaping
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Desirable: CSCS card and relevant landscaping or horticultural qualifications.
