We are recruiting for an experienced Strategic Asset Manager to join a large and complex estate portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an Asset Management professional with a strong technical background in M&E and building fabric assets to take ownership of long-term asset strategy, capital planning and lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset lifecycle strategies across M&E and building fabric assets.
- Produce long-term capital investment plans and asset replacement programmes.
- Manage asset registers, condition surveys and performance data.
- Lead asset risk assessments and compliance planning.
- Support the delivery of refurbishment, upgrade and replacement projects.
- Monitor asset performance, reliability and lifecycle costs through KPI reporting.
- Manage asset-related budgets and expenditure forecasts.
About You:
- Proven experience in Asset Management, Estates Management, Building Services or Facilities Management.
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and building fabric assets.
- Ability to analyse technical data and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within large, complex estates or critical environments is advantageous.
