We're recruiting for a leading facilities management provider delivering maintenance solutions across a wide portfolio of commercial properties throughout the UK. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Mobile AC Engineer to their South West team.
The role will involve carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial sites covering Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:- Service, maintenance and fault-finding on various AC systems including AHUs, VRV/VRF systems, FCUs, split & multi-split AC systems.
- Occasional building services/mechanical maintenance.
- Reactive breakdown attendance and PPMs.
- Working across a variety of commercial environments.
- Be on call out every 1 in 4 weeks.
- F-Gas qualified.
- Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning/Heating or relevant.
- Experience within commercial building maintenance.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
The salary for the role is £45,000 and offers the following benefits:
- Overtime paid at 1.5x Mon-Sat & 2x on Sun & bank holidays.
- Company van & fuel card.
- Long term training and progression opportunities.
- £150 standby charge and minimum 4 hours overtime paid on callouts.
