We're recruiting for a Mechanical Shift Engineer to join a leading global facilities management provider on a high-end critical site in Holborn. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer from a building services, HVAC or critical environment background looking to join a company known for investing heavily in training, progression and internal development. This role also offers a clear route into Mechanical AP training in the near future.
Responsibilities:
- PPM & reactive mechanical maintenance.
- Water treatment & plumbing works.
- Maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, CRAC units & heat pumps.
- Fault finding and plant room maintenance.
- Supporting general building services operations.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Level 3 in Mechanical or similar.
- F-Gas qualification essential.
- Experience within commercial/critical building services ideal.
