The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Building Services Engineer to join the engineering team responsible for maintaining multiple commercial buildings across the Regent Street Estate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), responding to reactive maintenance issues and ensuring all building services systems are operating efficiently and safely.

This role would suit either a Mechanical or Electrical bias engineer with strong multi‑skilled capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance across all building systems.
  • Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and breakdowns.
  • Undertake fault finding and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to health and safety procedures.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records through the CAFM system.
  • Support specialist subcontractors and oversee works when required.
  • Carry out plant room inspections and routine checks.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained with occupiers and stakeholders.
  • Assist with minor project and improvement works across the estate.
