A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Shift Technician / Critical Services Engineer to join the engineering team at a prestigious, highly critical commercial site in Canary Wharf. Shift Pattern

Continental Days & Nights – 7am to 7pm. A structured shift rota providing extended periods away from work compared with a traditional Monday–Friday position.

The Role

Working as part of an established critical engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining the site's mechanical and electrical infrastructure and ensuring consistently high levels of availability. Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Planned and reactive maintenance
  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding
  • Critical plant monitoring
  • Responding to alarms and engineering incidents
  • Plant room inspections and site rounds
  • Supporting shutdowns and maintenance activities
  • Ensuring compliance with site procedures and safe systems of work
  • Working closely with the wider engineering and technical management team
