The Role
The business is seeking a Building Services Engineer to join its established team supporting the King's Cross Estate. You will undertake planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring building systems remain fully operational and delivering an exceptional experience to occupiers and visitors. Both Mechanical and Electrical bias engineers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver planned preventative maintenance activities across the estate.
- Carry out fault diagnosis and reactive repairs.
- Maintain mechanical and electrical building systems.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with statutory regulations and company procedures.
- Complete maintenance documentation and update CAFM systems.
- Escort and manage specialist contractors where necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of plant and equipment.
- Support the delivery of minor works and improvement projects.
- Build strong relationships with tenants and estate stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
- Previous experience within commercial maintenance environments.
- Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
