You will play a role in:
- Delivering person-centred care using structured care plans in line with CQC standards
- Supporting elderly and vulnerable clients to remain independent in their own homes
- Working as part of a committed, professional care team

Qualifications
- A driving license and access to own car
- Preferably previous experience of 1 year within the care industry, however, training and full support is provided if you are new to care
- A drive and passion to care for others and enhance their lives
