As we continue to expand our HealthTech and healthcare solutions portfolio, we are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and establish strategic partnerships across the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and engage clinic owners, healthcare practitioners, medical directors, healthcare groups, and healthcare organisations.
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and commercial discussions with prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification through to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM systems.
- Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and industry stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Business Development and direct Sales.
- Proven track record of successfully selling HealthTech solutions, SaaS, diagnostics, healthcare software, healthcare services, laboratory services, or healthcare solutions.
- Experience selling into clinics, healthcare providers, wellness organisations, or healthcare networks.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build sales pipelines, and consistently close new business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and results‑driven mindset.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
