We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to assist with a high-volume recruitment project based in Christchurch. This short-term opportunity will involve supporting the recruitment team with managing applications, candidate communication, screening, and general recruitment administration during a busy period.

About You:

  • Previous recruitment or administration experience preferred
  • Knowledge of New Zealand employment law is essential

  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of personalities and stakeholders
  • Confident using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
