Looking for a Sales Order Management Coordinator on a temporary basis to support contract administration, ERP order booking, invoicing, and financial tracking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing contracts (quotations, work orders, purchase orders) for accuracy
- Booking contracts into ERP systems (e.g. Access, Sage)
- Supporting budget setup, forecasting, and contract spend tracking
- Setting up invoice profiles and raising internal purchase orders
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting Finance and Operations teams
About you:
- 1-3 years experience in sales order processing / contract administration
- ERP system experience (Access, Sage, or similar)
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with good numerical and analytical skills
