We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Installation & Commissioning Manager. In this role, you'll lead the installation and commissioning of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects, ensuring on-time delivery and seamless handover to clients. You’ll also collaborate during the Operations & Maintenance phase when needed, playing a key role in the full project lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage installation and commissioning activities across BESS projects
- Ensure successful project handover, including documentation and training
- Support engineering and design leads with technical delivery
- Develop and execute strategies for design, safety, and commissioning
- Act as Principal Designer Advisor under relevant regulations
- Promote and uphold safety, environmental, and quality standards onsite
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong experience in renewable energy, process, or construction industries
- Solid understanding of HSE and environmental legislation
- Contract management knowledge (a plus!)
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
