Overview

We are building a modern Data Fabric platform that enables reusable, well‑governed data products across analytics and operational use cases. The platform supports multiple domains and operates across cloud and hybrid environments.

Role Summary

As a Technical Product Owner, you will own and manage the product backlog for Data Fabric capabilities. You will work closely with engineering teams, architects, and stakeholders to translate complex technical and business requirements into clear, prioritised outcomes. This role blends product ownership, technical depth, and stakeholder leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritisation
  • Translate complex stakeholder needs into well‑defined user stories and outcomes
  • Partner with engineering teams on functional and non‑functional requirements
  • Drive roadmap planning, PI / quarterly planning, and dependency management
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and trade‑offs across business and technology
  • Track delivery success metrics such as adoption, reliability, and platform usability
  • Ensure operational readiness, governance adherence, and documentation
  • Support onboarding of new domains and use cases to the platform

Must‑Have Skills

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Owner
  • Strong experience working with engineering teams (backend, APIs, DevOps, UI)
  • Experience delivering enterprise‑scale technology platforms
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices
  • Ability to define and assure non‑functional and operational requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
  • Familiarity with microservices and Kubernetes‑based ecosystems
  • Experience improving platform adoption, developer experience, or self‑service models
