Exciting times at NextWave Consulting as we continue our growth journey. We are seeking a high‑performing Client Partner to join our team and help drive significant new business while further developing our strategic client relationships.

Opportunity

This senior commercial leadership and client relationship role is responsible for originating, shaping, and closing £2–10+ million of consulting revenue annually. You will manage a portfolio of strategic Financial Services accounts, lead engagement with C‑suite buyers, build long‑term client partnerships, and collaborate with our transformation delivery and solutions teams to provide innovative, best‑of‑breed AI‑enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Originating, qualifying, and closing £2–10 million+ annual consulting revenue across Financial Services clients.
  • Proactively generating new opportunities within existing target accounts, shaping high‑value transformation programmes and complex consulting engagements.
  • Leading the end‑to‑end pursuit process for major deals, including proposal development, commercial structuring, and contract negotiation.
  • Understanding client strategy, transformation pain points, and organisational priorities.
  • Developing revenue and managing client plans.

Qualifications

  • Degree level qualification.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and evidenced ability to break problems down into logical steps.
  • Excellent organisational skills and evidenced ability to co‑ordinate and deliver complex outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
