NextStep connects top consulting talent with high-potential opportunities through smart, AI-powered matching. We partner with ambitious companies across sectors to place experienced professionals in roles where they can have a real impact. On behalf of a client in our partner network, we are currently looking for a Product Manager to join their team.

About the Company

Our client is a London-based healthtech company building clinical workflow tools for NHS trusts and private hospital groups. With 60 staff and a product used by over 12,000 clinicians, the business is growing rapidly following a £15m Series A. The Head of Product is expanding the PM team to accelerate the roadmap across two core product areas.

The Role

As Product Manager, you will own a defined product area end-to-end, from discovery and requirements through to delivery and iteration. You will work daily with engineers and designers, and spend significant time with clinical and operational users to deeply understand their workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Own the roadmap for a core product area, prioritising based on user value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead discovery work (user interviews, workflow observation, and data analysis).
  • Write clear, well-scoped product specs that give engineering and design teams everything they need.
  • Collaborate with engineering leads to manage sprint planning and make scope trade-offs.
  • Define and track success metrics for features and drive iteration decisions from data.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within healthtech, enterprise SaaS, or a regulated sector.
  • Track record of shipping products that drove measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent written communication (precise specs and user stories, not vague ones).
  • Exposure to agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira or Linear.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of £55,000 – £72,000, depending on experience.
  • Annual bonus and equity options.
  • 25 days holiday and hybrid working from London.
  • Pension, private health, and learning budget.
