Our client is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand operating across the UK and Europe, backed by a £18m Series B. The business is investing in its operational infrastructure to support rapid SKU expansion and international fulfilment. The Head of Operations is building a small, analytically strong team to track and improve performance.

As Operations Analyst, you will work across supply chain, logistics, and fulfilment, identifying inefficiencies and translating data into action. You will report to the Head of Operations and work closely with commercial and product teams.

What You'll Do

  • Analyse operational performance data across fulfilment, inventory, and supplier delivery to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that give the ops team clear visibility of KPIs on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Support process mapping exercises, documenting the current state and identifying areas for standardisation or automation.
  • Coordinate with 3PL partners to investigate service failures and track resolution.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects including new market launches and system migrations.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, consulting, or a business analyst role.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; BI tools such as Looker or Tableau are a plus.
  • Process-oriented mindset with good attention to detail.
  • Genuine interest in operations and how businesses scale.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of £35,000 – £45,000, depending on experience.
  • Annual performance bonus.
  • 25 days holiday and hybrid working from London.
