About the Company

With a rapidly evolving competitive landscape and increasing client demand for AI‑enabled services, the firm is building out its in‑house Market Intelligence function to sharpen its strategy and new market entry decisions. The team sits within Group Strategy and reports to the Chief Strategy Officer.
The Role
As Market Intelligence Analyst, you will be the firm's go‑to source for structured insight on markets, competitors, and emerging trends. You will conduct primary and secondary research, synthesise complex information into clear strategic narratives, and brief senior leaders on market dynamics that matter to the firm's growth agenda. This is a high‑visibility role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of research, strategy, and commercial thinking.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence across the firm's key service lines — tracking competitor positioning, pricing moves, talent acquisitions, and client wins.
- Produce market sizing analyses and sector deep‑dives to inform new market entry and capability investment decisions.
- Monitor and synthesise macro trends, regulatory developments, and technology shifts relevant to the firm's core markets.
- Design and maintain an intelligence dashboard that gives senior leaders always‑on access to curated market signals.
- Collaborate with Business Development and practice leads to build pitch materials and thought leadership assets grounded in market evidence.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in market research, strategy consulting, competitive intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong research skills, proficient in both primary research methods (expert calls, client surveys) and secondary research using platforms such as Euromonitor, Bloomberg, or IBISWorld.
- Excellent written communication, able to distil complex findings into crisp, executive‑ready briefs and slide decks.
- Commercial curiosity and the ability to connect market signals to strategic implications.
- Consulting background or in‑house strategy experience strongly preferred.
