Our client is a tech-enabled management consulting and transformation firm serving FTSE 250 companies across financial services, energy, and the public sector. With a team of 120, the business partners with clients on operational transformation, system implementations, and regulatory change programmes. The Delivery Director is hiring a Project Manager to manage an expanding portfolio of client engagements.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will own day-to-day delivery on client engagements, planning workstreams, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining quality throughout. You will be client-facing from day one.
What You'll Do
- Plan and manage delivery across concurrent engagements, tracking milestones, budgets, and scope.
- Run project governance, status meetings, project reports, and RAID logs.
- Act as the primary client contact for day-to-day communication.
- Coordinate internal teams including analysts, consultants, and specialist advisors.
- Identify and resolve risks and issues before they affect delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in project management, programme delivery, or management consulting.
- Demonstrable ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
- Strong communicator, confident in client-facing settings.
- Structured, organised, and calm under pressure.
- APM, PRINCE2, or PMP certification is desirable but not required.

- Base salary of £45,000 – £58,000, depending on experience.
