What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading transformation initiatives - Own end-to-end improvement projects that reduce costs, boost productivity, and improve customer experience.
  • Building the CI culture - Establish Lean and Six Sigma methodologies across teams.
  • Identifying optimization opportunities - Map processes, spot bottlenecks, and quantify the impact of fixing them.
  • Coaching teams on CI tools - Train frontline managers and teams on root cause analysis, value stream mapping, and problem-solving frameworks.
  • Tracking performance metrics - Design KPI dashboards that make waste visible and progress undeniable.
  • Partnering cross-functionally - Work with Operations, Product, and Finance to embed improvements that stick.
  • Delivering results - Show ROI on every project and build the business case for scaling what works.

You're a Strong Fit If You Have

  • Consulting or operational background - Experience at Big 4, operations consulting firms, or in-house continuous improvement roles.
  • 4-6 years driving process improvement - Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence, or business transformation.
  • Change management skills - You know how to get buy-in, overcome resistance, and make improvements sustainable.
  • Data-driven mindset - Comfortable with process mining, statistical analysis, and using data to prioritize where to focus.
  • Facilitation skills - You can run workshops, manage stakeholders, and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
  • Results on your CV - Tangible examples of cost savings, efficiency gains, or quality improvements you've delivered.
