AdRoll, a brand of NextRoll, Inc., is seeking an experienced New Business Account Executive to join our London-based hybrid team. This role is 100% focused on net-new logo acquisition. You’ll own the full sales cycle end-to-end, building pipeline through proactive outbound and converting it through a consultative, outcomes-led sales approach. This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys creating opportunity, shaping deals, and positioning AdRoll as a strategic growth partner rather than a point solution. You’ll be selling AdRoll’s full-funnel performance marketing platform to mid-market advertisers, working closely with Product Specialists, Solutions, and Post-Sales teams to deliver long-term customer value. This is a hybrid role based in London, with 1–2 days per week in the office following an initial remote onboarding period.
The impact you’ll make:
- Own and take pride in consistently delivering against quarterly new business revenue targets
- Build and execute an independent outbound motion across email, phone, and social channels
- Run a structured, consultative sales process that uncovers customer goals, constraints, and success metrics
- Position AdRoll as a long-term growth partner, not just a media vendor
- Qualify and progress opportunities using clear commercial frameworks to drive deal quality and forecast accuracy
- Partner with Product Specialists and Solutions teams to sell beta and advanced capabilities where appropriate
- Collaborate closely with Account Management, Onboarding, and Campaign Support to ensure strong post-sale outcomes
- Capture and synthesise advertiser feedback to inform product and go-to-market evolution
Skills you’ll bring:
- AdTech experience: 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience within adtech, martech, or performance marketing
- Hunter mentality: Proven ability to build pipeline through outbound activity, without reliance on inbound leads
- Consultative selling capability: You lead with curiosity, diagnose customer challenges, and sell to outcomes rather than features
- Commercial discipline: Strong understanding of ROI, margins, and long-term revenue impact; experience using structured qualification frameworks such as MEDDPIC, BANT, or similar
- Compelling storytelling: Ability to translate product capabilities into clear, customer-specific narratives that resonate with both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Ownership and coachability: You possess a strong commercial mindset and take accountability for your results while remaining reflective and open to feedback.
Benefits and Perks:
- Competitive salary and equity plus a subsidy for individual medical and dental insurance cover
- Lump-sum Death in Service and Income Protection coverage at no cost to employee
- 24/7 online GP, mental health, get fit programme and more.
- Four weeks of paid time off plus company holidays and work/life balance
- Ample opportunities to volunteer with local organizations with NextRoll Gives Back
