Outside Sales Representative

We’re seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team! If you have a passion for the trucking industry and a knack for building relationships, this is your chance to represent a respected brand and grow your career in sales.

What You’ll Do:

  • Visit, develop, and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Identify and connect with potential new customers in your area
  • Attend industry trade shows to generate leads and network
  • Recommend marketing strategies tailored to specific regions or demographics
  • Submit regular sales activity and call reports
  • Communicate and coordinate parts orders with internal departments
  • Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Keep customer records updated and accurate
  • Act as a professional, knowledgeable representative of our company

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Professionalism in working with both internal teams and external clients
  • Adaptable, self-driven, and results-oriented

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver\’s license and clean driving record
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in any of the following:
    • Automotive and/or parts counter sales
    • Outside sales (preferably in trucking and/or auto parts)
    • Technical support or service writing in the automotive field
  • CRM or sales reporting software experience is a plus
