FULL TIME 48 – 60 HOURS PER WORK. Day / Night shift. We are recruiting experienced Security Officers to work at a residential high-rise site in Surrey (KT15). This is a full-time role, working between 48 and 60 hours per week across both day and night shifts (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am). The ideal candidate must be fully flexible and able to cover both shift types on a rota basis. Our client is a security and facilities management company with a long-standing reputation for professional service and community values. Your key responsibility is to protect and support a 15-storey residential block, carrying out proactive patrols, monitoring access, and completing thorough handover reports, including written and photographic records. Duties include: * Internal and external patrols, including all building floors and car park areas * Access control and visitor management * Monitoring CCTV and alarm/fire panels * Recording and reporting incidents with written logs and photos * Liaising with residents and contractors professionally * Responding to emergencies and fire alarms * Delivering first aid when required * Maintaining accurate records throughout the shift * Compiling detailed shift handover reports Requirements * Valid SIA Security Licence (essential) * Valid First Aid Certificate (in date) – essential * Minimum 2 years of security experience * Excellent communication in spoken and written English * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook * Able to produce clear written and photographic reports * Able to provide 5 years of UK work history * Confident working independently on site * Right to work in the UK essential * Starting rate: £12.30 per hour * Weekly hours: 48 to 60 hours (shift patterns will vary) * Full uniform and PPE provided * 20 days paid holiday (pro rata) * Bank holidays as per rota * Company pension scheme
