As Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring service excellence across our client sites, while fostering growth and development within your team. Role Purpose As a Contracts Manager, you will: * Lead operational delivery for client sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and service excellence. * Build and nurture high-performing teams, enabling individual and organizational success. * Cultivate strong relationships with clients, and security officers, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver. * Drive continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. * Maintain and support the growth of the business, continuously bringing new ideas to the forum. What You’ll Be Responsible For Operational Excellence: * Manage security operations to meet and exceed KPIs, SLAs, and customer expectations. * Conduct regular site visits, ensuring seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction. * You will be responsible for all security officers, across all sites. You will be fully supported by the Security Operations Director and, you will have a team reporting to you. * Investigate and resolve incidents promptly, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. * You will have experience in managing Staff Rota’s / Payroll with a full understanding commercially and financially. Team Development: * Lead by example, fostering a culture of professionalism and accountability. * Identify training needs, ensuring your team completes all mandatory inductions and development programs. * Develop succession plans to support team growth and your own career progression. Customer Focus: * Act as a key point of contact for clients, resolving challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach. * Deliver reports and analyse data to drive operational improvements and strategic decision-making. Compliance and Safety: * Promote a health and safety-first culture, ensuring all services align with SHEQ policies. * Monitor and report near misses, incidents, and safety performance metrics. What We’re Looking For Essential Skills and Experience: * Proven track record in security operations, with supervisory or management experience in the manned guarding sector. * Strong knowledge of Private Security Industry legislation and best practices, including commercial and residential business operations. * Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on building lasting relationships. * Proficient in IT, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office. * Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure. * Valid SIA license (SG or DS) and full UK driving license required. * You will report to the Security Operations Director Why Join Our Team? * A dynamic role offering diverse challenges and opportunities.
