Job Description

Security Front of House (Concierge / Reception)\\n\\nLocation: Old Street, London\\n\\nHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00 (excluding bank holidays)\\n\\nDo you hold a valid SIA licence and enjoy providing a professional and welcoming service? Our client is looking for a polished and approachable Security Front of House Concierge to be the first point of contact in a busy multi-tenanted building.\\n\\nThis role combines excellent customer service with key security responsibilities. You’ll be the go-to person for tenants, visitors, contractors, and couriers, ensuring the building runs smoothly and safely every day.\\n\\nDO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID SIA LICENCE.\\n\\nActing as the main onsite contact, working closely with the external client.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Providing a professional and friendly reception/concierge service.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Carrying out regular patrols to ensure safety and security.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Responding to fire alarms and handling day-to-day building issues.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Coordinating contractor access and assisting with onsite requirements.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Greeting visitors and managing courier deliveries.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Reporting maintenance issues and supporting tenants with minor queries.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ordering and managing consumables for the cleaning team\\n\\n * \\n\\n What we’re looking for\\n\\n * \\n\\n Valid SIA Licence (essential).\\n\\n * \\n\\n Confident, professional, and approachable manner.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent communication and organisational skills.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Calm and proactive attitude when dealing with incidents\\n\\n * \\n\\n Previous concierge, reception, or customer service experience is essential\\n\\n * \\n\\n Previous security experience and an SIA Licence is essential\\n\\n * \\n\\n As Front of House Concierge Receptionist you’ll play a central role in the daily running of a prestigious site, combining people-facing service with building security.
