Front of House Security Concierge / Reception (SIA Required)

Do you hold a valid, active SIA licence and take pride in delivering a professional and welcoming service? We’re looking for a polished Front of House Security Concierge to be the first point of contact in a busy, multi-tenanted building.
This role combines excellent customer service with essential security responsibilities, making you the go-to person for tenants, visitors, contractors, and couriers, while ensuring the building runs smoothly and safely every day.
What you’ll be doing:

Acting as the main point of contact onsite, working closely with the external client.

Providing a professional, friendly, and polished reception/concierge service.

Carrying out regular security patrols and maintaining a safe environment.
*
Responding promptly and calmly to fire alarms and incidents.
*
Coordinating contractor access and assisting with onsite requirements.
*
Greeting visitors and managing courier deliveries.
*
Reporting maintenance issues and supporting tenants with day-to-day queries.
*
Ordering and managing consumables for the cleaning team.
What we’re looking for:
